Changes to the IP Australia trade mark fee structure

There are some upcoming changes  to the IP Australia trade mark fee structure, which will take place on 10 October 2016. This is good news for those wishing to trade mark business and brand names in Australia because there will be a fee reduction, which we will be passing on to you.

In fact, on top of the reduction in Government fees and as a result of a more streamlined trade marking process, we have decided to reduce our professional fee to make trade marking even more affordable to you.

You  will very soon be able to register your trade marks from $995 per trade mark (based on one class of goods or services). This means that there are genuine savings of hundreds of dollars per trade mark.

Registration is for a ten-year period, which can be renewed for further ten-year terms.

Request proposal

If you would like to receive our proposal for trade marking your business or brand names, simply contact us, stating your business or brand name that you wish to register as a trade mark and the goods and/or services that you will provide under your trade mark. we will then provide you with our proposal to assist you with your trade mark requirements.
